I/We hereby accept & understand that the allotment of Apartment is subject to availability
a) I/We hereby submit my/our priority booking request to buy the above-mentioned Apartment type in the project of Codename New Dimension, Bangalore.
b) I/We understand that this EOI stands valid only on the submission of complete KYC documents.
c) I/We agree that the source of priority booking request / booking once confirmed will not change.
d) I/We understand that the amount paid towards EOI is refundable within 45 working days from the date of launch (Tentative launch date will not be end of Apr 2026)
e) I/We understand and agree that in case of getting the Apartment allotted as per my/our preference in the given price range, the claim amount paid is adjusted towards the Apartment booking and I/We shall be going ahead with the booking.
f) I/We understand and agree that in case of not getting the Apartment allotted as per my/our preference in the given price range, the claim amount paid shall be refunded without any interest or any residential right post 45 days from the date of launch.
g) I/we agree to all the Terms and Conditions. I/We have understood the Terms and Conditions and have been legally advised in the relation to the same.
h) I/We accept the Terms and Conditions therein without any condition and agree to abide by the terms contained therein and I have paid the advance booking amount on this basis only.
I) EOI amount paid does not guarantee Apartment selection and customer will receive an invite once Codename New Dimension start selling the Apartments.
